- Lana And Carmella Twitter Beef
NXT Diva Carmella and Putin obsessive Lana took to their respective Twitter accounts earlier this week to call each other out for being fake, basic and for having shit hair – you know, just typical girl talk. There was also something about Mary Poppins that wasn’t quite clear, but we can only assume it wasn’t meant in a nice way. Carmella has been moving up in the ranks lately, so hopefully this gives her a little bit of much-needed publicity.
- Orton’s Search For Pants Ongoing
According to several news sites, the original plan for WM31 would’ve seen golden boy Seth Rollins face up against our dearly departed, pantsless amigo Randy Orton, who still has yet to return to the fray. Orton was originally scheduled to return before the Rumble, then after, and he’s now been pulled from all WWE advertising save for a house show in Orlando on February 16th, which local radio stations are selling as his return to the ring. It’s unclear whether Orton is still recovering from an injury, or if there’s something more sinister going on but we sincerely hope he locates his pants before they get to the colder cities.
- Rhodes Brothers Set For Battle At WM?
Speculation is rife that Goldust and Stardust are preparing for a feud that they’ve been pushing for years, and this week’s Raw, in particular, hinted at it in a big way. As a result, it’s been suggested they may be gearing up to face each other at Wrestlemania, which, considering the powers that be have already had to backtrack a little on Reigns following the Rumble fallout, makes everything slightly more complicated.
- Plans Change For Reigns At Fast Lane
Reigns is still being pushed hard for WM31, in spite of growing discontent from fans, but following this week’s Raw, it was noted that the way in which he’s being sold has changed and he may even be turning heel. In particular, him being positioned to take on Daniel Bryan at Fast Lane is directly juxtaposed to the Lesnar/Reigns angle, especially as DB was original supposed to be facing Bray Wyatt at the PPV, in a bid to put Wyatt over for a confrontation with Taker at Wrestlemania. Apparently, Reigns was originally supposed to fight (and beat) a high-profile heel at Fast Lane but, since he’s now playing the heel opposite DB, it seems something entirely different could be in the works.
