The Hell in a Cell PPV is nearly upon us and with the Undertaker returning to the steel structure in the rubber match against Brock Lesnar in what could be a brutal and blood affair to close this saga and decide the dominant force in the WWE.
Roman Reigns can finally silence the enigmatic Bray Wyatt as they both face the cell to end a bitter rivalry.
Kick off Show: Dolph Ziggler,Neville and Cesaro Vs. Rusev, Sheamus and King Barrett.
The fact that Shamo is on this kick-off show opens up the prospect of him again once trying (and failing?) to cash in his MITB contract, the Irishman has been unsuccessful in recent attempts so will he once again try to cash in?
This will be a short, energetic bout with the faces getting a victory to kick off the night, Cesaro and Neville are better than is and expect the focus to be on Rusev and Ziggler for the most part.
Dolph, Cesaro and Neville to win.
The New Day Vs The Dudley Boyz
All signs point to the Dudleyz to take the victory here but the New Day have been tremendous in their current role and the championships add so much to their repertoire. These two teams gel well in the ring and have offered entertaining bouts in their previous encounters and more of the same is due here.
I would love to see Kofi, Big E and Woods to overcome the odds and keep the titles out of Dudleyville.
The New Day to retain the titles.
Divas Championship Charlotte Flair (c) Vs Nikki Bella.
Nikki Bella will need to be at the top of her game to reclaim the title and the past few weeks on RAW she has been relentless in her pursuit of the title beating down Flair at every given opportunity.
Charlotte Flair is going to have to contest with Team Bella at ringside and twin magic could be in full effect to try and dethrone the champion, that being said I think that these shenanigans will actually cost Nikki Bella her title.
Charlotte Flair to win by DQ.
Intercontinental Championship Kevin Owens (c) Vs Ryback.
Kevin Owens is a mastermind at ring psychology and his evasion of Ryback in the build up to this match has clearly gotten into his opponents head. This is going to be a factor which will allow Owens to overcome this latest challenge and continue his reign as IC champ.
Kevin Owens to Win.
John Cena’s United States Open challenge.
With the news that John Cena is taking time off after this event sadly has dampened the excitement of this match and now the only guesswork is who will step up to the plate?
It would be great for an NXT superstar to rise to the challenge, possibly Finn Balor or Samoa Joe, this is also a great opportunity for Dean Ambrose, with the lunatic fringe more than capable of proving himself against the champ and delivering an exciting and chaotic end to the title reign.
Dean Ambrose to accept the challenge and become the new united states champion.
Roman Reigns Vs Bray Wyatt Hell in a Cell.
Roman Reigns finally has Bray Wyatt trapped in the cell and with no escape and the family out of the equation all signs point to Reigns ending this rivalry with a win.
It has to be said that Bray Wyatt needs a clean victory over Reigns and its a travesty that he isn’t on a higher pegging in the roster than he is. Wyatt could main event Wrestlemania and steal the show if given the chance.
Sadly WWE aren’t doing anything with his character and Reigns is still receiving a mega push and will win again at HIAC.
Roman Reigns to win.
Seth Rollins Vs Kane WWE World Heavyweight Championship match.
If the Demon Kane doesn’t win this match Corporate Kane has to relinquish his duties on RAW, the architect Seth Rollins is going to make sure that happens as he finally gets the chance to stop Corporate Kane meddling in his business.
Seth Rollins is a brilliant heel champion and despite being dealt a bum run of late always provides show stealing and high quality in ring action, this will be a brisk affair with the champion trying to escape the throes of the cell and the monster Kane at the earliest opportunity
Seth Rollins to retain and force corporate Kane to be relived of his duties.
Hell in a Cell The Undertaker Vs Brock Lesnar.
These two behemoths will stand face to face in the cell and destroy each other. this won’t be pretty encounter but a sordid, bloody and brutal.
Undertaker wants to prove his dominance over the former UFC and WWE Champion and the man that ended the streak, Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar has been deeply concerned with overcoming the Deadman and this could be his downfall in the cell, Undertaker is no stranger to this structure and this is yet another advantage he has over Brock Lesnar.
Brock is not one to back down from a fight though and his sheer tenacity will make sure he brings it all to the table. This could be a show stealer and a fitting end to the trilogy of matches.
Undertaker to win and close this chapter of his storied career.
